Booklet 5 of the Practical guide for employers provides case studies, contacts and references to promote equality and prevent discrimination in business practices.

The Practical guide shows employers how to improve their business practices by promoting equality in workplaces. The guide accompanies a Code of practice developed by the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) in cooperation with the International Labour Office (ILO) to help CAMFEBA member companies and employers in Cambodia to take measures to promote equality and eliminate discrimination in their company policies and practices. The Code seeks to promote compliance with national law and presents internationally recognized good practices to promote equality of opportunity and treatment in workplaces. The other four booklets of the guide explain:
