In April 2008, the Second Technical Meeting of SKILLS-AP Regional Skills Network Partner Organizations was held in Incheon, the Republic of Korea. Prior to the meeting, each country was requested to prepare a brief paper for the meeting outlining: 1) the organization of their national skills system; 2) the major skills challenges facing the country; and 3) how the responsible government agencies or institutions are addressing them. This report provides a summary of their responses, to questions 2 and 3 from the countries that provided reports for the meeting. Information was collected from the reports of governments, workers and employers. The full reports are included on the SKILLS-AP website.
