Increasing Capacities of Workers’ Organizations in Thailand to Promote Decent Work for Persons with Disabilities

Recent consultations with the leaders of four workers’ organizations emphasized the need for the unions to increase their understanding of disability and the role that the unions can play in extending the membership to persons with disabilities, including them in the services they provide and better negotiate for the right to decent work for people with disabilities.
