Objectives
The objectives of the five workshops are to enable key staff of the two Ministries and their provincial departments to: 1) Identify effective gender mainstreaming strategies and measures in the policies, programmes, projects and structures of their organisations and 2) Effectively implement their organisation’s Gender Mainstreaming Action Plan (GMAP).
The learning objectives for participants are to: 1) increase their knowledge and capacity in applying gender mainstreaming strategies and practical measures and 2) develop and use practical tools to guide and improve GMAP implementation of their organisation.
