Launching of the Alliance for Women Workers’ Rights, Dhaka, Bangladesh, 6 September.

The Alliance for Women Workers’ Rights is set up as a follow up to the ILO Dhaka Gender Audit Recommendation. The aim is to promote women workers’ rights at the workplace focusing on equal pay for work of equal value, minimum wage, maternity leave and elimination of sexual harassment and discrimination at the workplace.
