Objectives
The aim of the conference is to share experience and knowledge about workplace practices and enterprise competitiveness in Asia, including China, India, Malaysia, Korea and Thailand. The conference will focus on how working conditions and labor relations are related to enterprise competitiveness. Participants will include about HRD specialists from about 200 major Korean companies as well as experts from research institutes, employers’ and workers’ organizations and the ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific.
