Prioritized policy and action areas defined in the Bali Declaration (2018 update)
This series of Policy Briefs aim to focus attention on the priorities for policies and actions at national level and by the ILO as defined in the Bali Declaration adopted at the 16th Asia and Pacific Regional Meeting of the ILO. The Declaration serves as a call to action for governments, workers’ and employers’ organizations in the region to do more to promote inclusive growth, social justice and decent work.
These briefs provide a snapshot of major statistical trends, based on official sources, as well as recent country level policy developments. They also outline some key policy priorities for policymakers and social partners accross Asia and the Pacific:
