      11 June 2009 - Thailand’s State Enterprise Workers Relations Confederation (SERC) has submitted a complaint to the International Labour Organization during the 98th International Labour Conference (ILC) presently in Session in Geneva, Switzerland.       04 March 2009 - The ILO will mark International Women’s Day 2009 with the launch of a new report assessing the impact of the global financial crisis on women in the world of work.
    • ILO renews supplementary understanding with Myanmar
      02 March 2009 - ILO has agreed with the Government of Myanmar to extend for 12 months the ILO Supplementary Understanding which provides a mechanism for Myanmar Citizens to lodge complaints of forced labour through the ILO Liaison Officer in Yangon.

      18 June 2004 - The ILO Committee on the Application of Standards presents it's conclusions concerning the question of the observance by the Government of Myanmar of the Forced Labour Convention 1930 (Convention 29).
