  1. About the ILO in Iran

    A founding member of the ILO, the Islamic Republic of Iran was one of the first countries in the subregion to join the Organization. Iran has ratified 13 ILO Conventions including five of the eight core Conventions (covering the elimination of forced labour, child labour and discrimination).
