The “Win-Win: Gender Equality means Good Business” programme is hosting a series of activities, in cooperation with companies and businesses’ networks of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Uruguay, which aim at the creation, launch and empowerment of the Women Entrepreneurs Network for Latin America and the Caribbean to support women successfully grow ther business.

“Win- Win: Gender Equality means Good Business” is a programme jointly implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and UN Women, funded by the European Union. Through the promotion of a “business case”, the Programme encourages gender equality, women economic empowerment and women leadership as the basis for a sustainable, inclusive, and equitable growth.

Towards this end, the Win-Win Programme will be holding three virtual sessions to share inspiring and innovative initiatives, practices and ideas developed by women entrepreneurs in Latin America and the Caribbean to continue to build their businesses during these challenging times.

The sessions will also provide for a unique opportunity to review and collect information on these innovative and developmental opportunities, as well as on lessons learned. After each session, a report will be made available with highlights of the discussions, contributions and results.
