The Joint Labour Migration Program for Africa

When we hear about migration in Africa, we think about Africans leaving the continent to Europe or to America. But in Sub Saharan Africa, 65 % of those migrating are staying in Africa. Labour migration is also about the movement of Africans within Africa. How do we respond best to this daily phenomenon?
