To address the underdeveloped business development services (BDS), the study suggested working with relevant institutions to design and implement relevant training programmes that would support the enterprises along the value chain to improve its performance, the capacity to grow and increase their workforce as well as enhance their sustainability, efficient production, competitiveness as well as best management practices.
