    The International Labor Organization (ILO), through the PROSPECTS program, invites passionate individuals to participate in a Training of Trainers (TOT) for its Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) program in Ethiopia. This internationally recognized program equips you with the skills and knowledge to train entrepreneurs in refugee and host communities, helping them create and grow successful businesses. Join the training in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, from 22 April to 2 May 2024. The ILO will cover all training fees, materials, and accommodation during the program. If you are a passionate individual, apply now to join the program and become a certified trainer. Submit your application form and CV by 10 March 2024. Selection is based on experience in entrepreneurship development training.

  7. Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) for Financial Service Providers (FSPs): Training and Certification programme in ILO Financial Education Programme

    Through this call we seek to identify FSPs ready to embark members of their staff in a journey to be considered for ILO Financial Education Certification programme and institutionalize Financial education as one service package to be delivered to FSPs beneficiaries. Interested FSPs are requested to nominate 2-3 relevant staffs members to attend the TOT training. If selected and qualified, these candidates can embark in a journey to become Financial Education ILO-certified trainers. They will need to play a role as trainers in ILO’s program on financial education in an autonomous and committed way. The implementation modality of the ILO Financial Education Program is based on a multiplication scheme through Training of Trainers (TOTs) followed by Training of Beneficiaries (ToB). This replication methodology allows to reach many final beneficiaries. All the trainers who participate in the Training of Trainers will have the possibility of becoming ILO Certified Trainers through the fulfilment of a series of criteria, including replicating the training with the final target audience.
