Publication of the 2011 Report of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations

Geneva, 18 february 2011 (ACTRAV INFO)-The Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations has published its 2011 report on the state of the application of the Conventions and Recommendations of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in its Member States.

In all, the Committee examined more than 2,500 government reports on the application of ratified Conventions.

The Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations is an independent body made up of jurists whose mission is to examine the application of the ILO’s Conventions and Recommendations in its Member States. Its annual report covers many aspects of the application of ILO standards.
