By tapping into the knowledge and experiences of companies and national employers' organizations globally, the Bureau for Employers' Activities (ACT/EMP) is seeking to understand the realities, challenges and opportunities facing women in business and management (WIBM) and highlight the business case for gender diversity at the highest level of decision making. The WIBM project collects detailed and authoritative data and prompt discussion and solutions.
